When looking for a design and contractor duo, look no further than Rainier Inc. and Level Up Design. Originally, we had planned to try to find subcontractors ourselves and plan out the work for our full home interior renovation, but that became a massive undertaking and quickly became overwhelming with our current schedules. We had no experience picking the correct matching pieces in design, figuring out functionality for each space, and no clue on what order to do what with construction. These 2 companies work very well side by side and is almost preferred for any project you do. They were able to match our budget perfectly and the styles we wanted. Picking hardware, colors, etc. can be daunting, but Kamila and the Level Up team were able to narrow down options for us to choose from based on our overall requirements. Rainier Inc and Level Up were both always communicative throughout the project and gave us personalized updates weekly throughout the scope of work. Even once the project was completed and we were able to move back in, they are still coming back to fix minor things here and there to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If we were ever unsatisfied with something, Rainier immediately corrected any request and that is a huge compliment in today’s world. Making their customers happy! Kamila has been involved in multiple projects with my family and all of them have turned out better than we can ever imagine! Following destruction of my husband’s beach house during hurricane Irma, Kamila took the house from a water logged disaster without a roof, to an amazing beachy home. When the house was sold, the buyers loved it so much they bought the house fully furnished! This just goes to show that Kamila's designs are both function and esthetic for more than just the current homeowner. Kamila then designed an apartment for us. In addition to this she created computer renderings for a renovation of the University of North Florida Baseball Alumni Center (The Nest). In addition to all of the above, she has also been instrumental in tackling the biggest project of our lives. We started with a beautiful 1.25-acre lot full of nothing more than giant oak trees and a dream. When we called Kamila, we had hand drawn what we thought would be a functional layout for our family. She used this drawing and designed something even better! With the help of Rainier Construction and the numerous business relationships she has with different companies, she was able to make our dream home a reality. She uses her knowledge and connections to ensure we had everything we wanted in our home. Her attention to detail and desire to truly get to know her clients prompted her to create an amazing dog bath in the laundry room and a small room for our dog under the stairs that is Instagram worthy! We even asked her to change a room from a guest room to a nursery part way through the project. She's so trustworthy and understanding of our style that we asked her to design the nursery without us seeing it until it was fully done and then do a gender reveal for us using the room. After purchasing a home in Atlantic Beach, my husband and I knew we needed professional help to completely renovate and update the large, all-original 1980’s build. The interior was boxy and dark, there were too many walls, unusual and outdated features, dull and uninteresting finishes and fixtures and missed opportunities to accentuate some natural features of the wooded, lake-front property. I interviewed 4 designers and chose Kamila at Level Up to help us with our home renovation. I am so happy that I made the decision to work with her. She created the designs for a new floorplan for our master suite. It was a major renovation that included removing walls and adding new windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, etc. Her designs accurately communicated the current and future floorplan and design state to our general contractor, structural engineer, and other tradespeople. When a necessary design change came up due to structural issues (a ceiling soffit) she was able to advocate for the best plan b which involved creativity - tiling the ceiling of our walk in shower. Furthermore she helped us narrow down what would have been an overwhelming amount of options to just a handful for us to choose from for things like vanities, mirrors, light fixtures, tile etc. We loved how easy the selection process was and are happy with all our choices. It was great to have everything figured out and purchased before our project began. She made purchasing easy too. That provided a lot of peace of mind and I love how Kamila updated our design rendering with our selections so we could visualize the final state. Kamila also helped us with a redesign of our kitchen, our fireplace, and our stairs. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful. I had some bold ideas that I would have been nervous to move forward with on my own (like sage green painted kitchen cabinet lowers, and a green marcinate granite fireplace) but they turned out fantastic. I’m so glad she was able to turn these ideas into a cohesive space. Kamila is a good communicator and easy to work with, communicating via email, text, and phone. She’s a very easy going but detail oriented person. She also has great relationships with a lot of vendors in the area from general contractors to cabinet makers to stone fabricators. Those relationships were crucial to us and were one of the reasons we felt like we needed a designer for this renovation- everyone is so busy nowadays in the trades and this helped tremendously in moving our project forward. Kamila was a little busy in the beginning before we signed a contract with her. Her expertise and services were worth the wait. I would 100% work with her again.

They had my back on every construction dilemma I faced. They never minded speaking up when an issue needed to be addressed. They narrowed down materials, fixtures, and accessory selections for me through a process of elimination based on my portfolio of likes and dislikes. That benefit alone was crucial for an over-analyzer like me. Ultimately every decision was my own, but they guided each choice with expertise and professionalism. I cannot fathom the disappointment I would have faced had I not granted myself the gift of hiring Level Up Design. I have zero regrets. I say that with 100% sincerity. Being in the construction industry myself (I own JADA Roofing LLC) I am fully cognizant of the challenges, stumbling blocks, sub-contractor disputes, scheduling conflicts, material delays, etc…this business will test your patience in ways you can’t even imagine. Kamila and Viv remain right there with you, in the thick of it. If you’re looking for guidance on your next renovation, remodel, or new build, I highly recommend Level UP Design! There are so many styles out there that it becomes really easy to mix things up, and when you are making new changes you want everything to look good TOGETHER. Kamila and Viviana are so incredibly talented at listening to your desires/interests and helping you come up with a design that really feels personal and beautiful. I have been working with Kamila and Viviana since the spring of 2018… three years! And I would give them 5 stars throughout the entire process, which says a WHOLE LOT. They have been with us throughout the very beginning… the initial planning stages of our renovation, down to the final decorating phase. My husband and I moved into a house in the Selva Marina area of Atlantic Beach in the spring of 2017. We bought the house knowing we wanted to renovate it sometime soon. We loved the house, itself, but we needed to make it flow and fit for our family. A friend of ours had used Level UP Design and had such an amazing experience. Plus, her house looked stunning! We had never done a renovation to this magnitude and didn’t even realize we needed a designer until we met Kamila and started talking about everything. We were not only renovating the whole house, we were planning to build some additions, a summer kitchen, a pool, a detached garage, and add in new landscaping. I really liked the way Kamila assured me she would be there to help guide us through the whole process. And SHE WAS!! Kamila really could be a general contractor, herself. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process of building, designing, and decorating. Together, we selected contractors, reviewed contracts, applied for/wrote up variances that we presented to the city council, came up with a realistic budget and timeline, reviewed architect and engineer plans (multiple times throughout the project), and she came to the jobsite a couple times a week, reviewing the work being done and helping me communicate information to the workers (literally… some of them spoke Polish so she was able to understand them and they respected her, greatly). As the project got started I realized there were SOOO many decisions to be made and I didn’t want to just go with cheap finishes. Because Kamila knows the whole process, she knew what we needed to select and when we needed to select it. And she knew that I wanted to be a part of everything, which also speaks very highly of her. I worked mainly with Kamila, at the beginning and later I worked with both Viviana and Kamila. They make such an incredible team!! They are so respectful and a JOY to be around and work with. As the renovation finally finished up, Kamila and Viviana helped me select furnishings, decide on things I should keep or get rid of, and they decorated the entire house! They delivered on their promises 100%. I couldn’t be any more pleased.

This is a belated review for Kamila and Viviana after an incredibly positive experience working with them in the fall of 2018 through the winter of 2019 to completely renovate our home in Ponte Vedra Beach. Kamila has incredible vision to see a space (even though it wasn't open space at the time but rather cluttered with heavy, dark cabinets, terrible wall colors and carpeting, and a dated kitchen and several baths) and design a more attractive, functional living environment. She offered insightful solutions and creative ideas while always "hearing" my style--trying to transition from a New England traditional home to a comfortable and airy FL space, while not being too beachy. Kamila and Viv worked with us every step of the way through paint colors, flooring, a total renovation of the kitchen (including a totally different layout of the center island and counters), updating 3 bathrooms, bedroom carpeting, and all our garage and storage space. They coordinated step by step with the general contractor to make sure that things were delivered and installed on time and kept us on an organized schedule of decision making and approval as we moved through the 5 month process. They were incredibly responsive to any of our detailed questions and they were here at the house (we were renting elsewhere during the construction period) to monitor sub-contractor progress and deliveries. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kamila and Level Up Design. As others have said in their reviews, Kamila has a great combination of skills that you rarely find in the same person. She has a great eye, an engineer's appreciation for detail, and she is very organized. As an example, when we went to look for master bathroom counter tops together, Kamila thought to bring a sample of a cabinet door so we could see how the countertop would look like against a neutral white cabinet. This might not seem like a big deal, but it quickly helps you eliminate things that won't work and reinforces your instinct when you find something you really do like. Kamila is also naturally collaborative, presenting you with ideas and then suggesting alternatives or complementary design elements depending on what has resonated with you. As an example, when we went together to look at tile samples for the floor, she had already picked out examples she thought might work. We immediately liked two of her ideas and took a sample of one of them as we continued the search for the right countertop. When we found a stone that we really liked, Kamila met us there to help us pick a piece from the lot. She also later scheduled a time for the three of us to meet with the fabricator to make sure that we were maximizing the piece of stone based on the configuration of cabinets we had. This is only one of many examples. Simply put, when it comes to important details, it is hard to imagine anyone better. As someone else has already suggested, Kamila also has a very good way of letting you know when you might not be going down the right road. Ultimately, the client is always "right", but Kamila has such good instincts and such a helpful way of collaborating that you naturally want to make sure that you are both in agreement before making an important decision. If you are, you know your project will come out great. Ours did and we definitely encourage you to consider using Kamila and Level Up for yours...

Kamila is the ABSOLUTE BEST. After hurricane Irma our house was completely wrecked and needed to be fully gutted. Knowing that this was going to be a massive project, one of the very first things I did was search for a designer. Kamila checked all of the boxes; responsive, organized, cost conscious, great track record. Throughout the 6+ month design, demo and remodel Kamila made us feel like a priority despite juggling many projects. Signing on Kamila was the best decision we could have made.

Level Up Design took my kitchen to the next level!! Seriously!! We moved into our forever home with full intentions of redoing the kitchen. I had a basic idea and Kamila had so many more great ideas for my new kitchen and I totally trusted her to make those big decisions that would make the kitchen look great. She has a perfectionist eye and can see what needs to be done ten steps before it happens! She is very conscience of a budget and will work with you to save you every penny she can. We did most of the demo and anything that we were confident in doing and with her supervision, it went flawlessly. I used Ikea products and Kamila was a whiz at putting the cupboards and drawers together! She found me the best deal on my beautiful granite countertops and let me use her business discount on paint. We did not require a contractor but others may and Level Up are very well versed in what you need to know and do before you do for any major structural changes. Kamila was amazing in helping pick paint colors, complimenting tile colors and backsplash and she knew what would make colors pop and what trim would make clean finishes. Kamila and Piotr are very professional and are very hard working. They are clean and courteous and understand no one wants their house to be under construction forever! They have a sense of urgency that will encourage everyone to finish the project in a timely matter. Now that my kitchen in completed I couldn't be happier with the finished product and I am still in awe that it's all mine!! I couldn't have done it without Kamila and Piotr from Level Up Design! Go with them you won't regret it!!
